Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Dzhulia Argirova, Registered Sole Trader (ЕТ) in Bulgaria, trading as "TJ Style" — the seller that operates and sells the TJ Style AI styling platform (the "Service") at tjstyle.online. Contact: tjstyleadvisor@proton.me. Throughout these terms, "we," "our," "us," "TJ Style" and "the Seller" all refer to that legal entity, with whom you are contracting when you access or purchase the Service. By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter this agreement, or that you have authority to bind the organization you represent.

2. The Service

TJ Style provides AI-powered styling recommendations, outfit generation, wardrobe scanning and brand discovery from publicly available product data on the market you select. Availability, pricing and sizing are controlled by the brands and may change without notice. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account, and you must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Subscription & Billing Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified interval. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

The 3-Day Pass is a single charge and does not auto-renew. Titanium and Premium Monthly are recurring subscriptions that renew each month until cancelled. All prices include applicable taxes.

By starting a membership you authorize immediate access to the digital styling service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service begins.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our Merchant of Record and are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of TJ Style or any third party.
• Introduce malware, probe or scan our systems, scrape the service, or otherwise interfere with its security or operation.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.
• Use generated styling content to create illegal material, deepfakes, or hate speech.

AI-generated styling outputs may be inaccurate and are provided as suggestions, not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and for how you use them. You retain rights in the content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

5. Intellectual Property

TJ Style retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, designs, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. When access ends, you may export your data from your account dashboard before deleting your account; after deletion, your personal data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
